Registrations

Dear Members,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 Baseball Season.

Players, Umpires, Scorers and Club Volunteers are required to use the Baseball Australia online registration portal to pay registration fees this season.

Please do not use old links as the links have changed.

All members must click on the relevant link below to register this year. If you have previously used Game Day for another sporting club or code, the system may recognise your email and require you to enter your existing password or complete a password reset. Baseball SA has advised that any insurance from your 2025-26 season registration has now expired. Therefore, to be covered by any insurance by Baseball SA you must be registered for 2026/27 before you are covered again.

You will set up the name of the player or person registering as a coach or volunteer etc, parents ONLY put their details in as an emergency contact in the database. If you need assistance, please contact Bronwyn Ledgard by email at kcbctreasury@gmail.com.

At the final payment screen, player registrations should display four fees: Baseball Australia (BA), Baseball SA (BSA), Club Fees and Volunteer Levy. If these four fees are not displayed, you may have selected the incorrect registration category. Please contact Bronwyn Ledgard for assistance. Officials, scorers and volunteers will display $0 fees.

 
Casual 3 Game Passes for Div 3-6, Juniors or Women’s:

Are not currently available, but once this has been finalised we will let you know. Note, you can only have one 3 Game Pass and then you must upgrade to a full member to play past 3 games, reach out to Bronwyn Ledgard for the upgrade link when you need it.
 
Players Transferring to Kensington Baseball Club:
If you are new to Kensington Baseball Club and transferring from another club, please contact your coach or Bronwyn Ledgard at kcbctreasury@gmail.com, so that we can initiate a transfer for you, at the end of the transfer process you will then be able to register. You will be required to purchase the appropriate transfer fee voucher from the Baseball SA.

Juniors:
Kensington Baseball club accepts SA Sports Vouchers. To claim the voucher, please complete the Sports Voucher form which you will find whilst completing your registration. Note, the voucher will only apply to the Kensington Baseball club fees portion.

Volunteer Levy:
Volunteer contributions are essential to the successful operation of the club and are the backbone of our community. The club asks that everyone volunteers around the club through volunteering in the canteen, bar, or other club support roles throughout the season as required by the club. A $100 Volunteer Levy applies to parents and senior players who are unable to volunteer due to time commitments or who do not have a family member or other person available to over their volunteer duties throughout the club. Members are expected to complete a minimum of six (6) volunteer hours during the 2026/27 season. If these hours are not completed and the Volunteer Levy has not been paid, an invoice for the $100 Volunteer Levy will be issued at the end of the season.
