The Kensington Cardinals Junior Football Club was established in 2020 as part of the Kensington Baseball Club. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for the enjoyment of football for all members of our community.

Registrations open for Kensington Cardinals Junior Football Club for 2026
The Kensington Cardinals Junior Football Club proudly entered the SANFL Juniors competition in 2020 with our first Under 8 team. Since then, the club has continued to grow in strength and spirit. The 2025 season was a milestone year, highlighted by securing Kensington Oval as our home ground and celebrating our U12s winning the Division 4 premiership in our first season competing for premiership points.
We're now looking to build on that momentum. For the 2026 season, beginning in early May, the Cardinals are expanding our team numbers and welcoming new players - girls and boys - across the Under 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 age groups.
If your child is ready to learn, grow and be part of a vibrant community club, we'd love to have them join the Cardinals family.
